Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
Time Frame: Products can be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
Condition of the Product:
a. The product must be sealed and accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, free items, and other components included at delivery.
b. The product and/or packaging should be in good condition.
c. The IMEI number or serial number must match the number at the time of purchase.
2. Late Return Requests:
Returns requested after the fourteen (14) day period will not be accepted, as per applicable law. This condition stands irrespective of other requirements under these general conditions.
3. Returning the Product:
To initiate a return, you can either call our landline or contact the sales representative who delivered the product.
You must provide valid photo ID and the original receipt to return your product.

Delivery Policy

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. If your order is placed on these days, it will be processed on the next business day.

Dr. Scent is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Dr. Scent is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
